I have a Lenovo ideapad running Windows 8.1 with all updates. No matter what I've done in the Windows firewall application nor any settings changes within the browser, I cannot connect to the Internet with this browser. Can anyone help me with useful suggestions that might fix the issue(s) I am experiencing?</p>
