I'm using Opera 28 but recently within the last few days Opera has repeatedly ceased to have Internet access. This keeps happening every 20 mins. To regain Internet access for Opera, I have to turn off WiFi (causing my phone to switch to cellular Internet) or turn on WiFi (causing the phone to stop using cellular Internet and start using WiFi). The problem only affects Opera. My other applications continue to have Internet access. How do I fix this?

Either way mobile data must be disabled before Wi-Fi switch.
