<p dir="auto">EULA and privacy policy, which identical to section 7 of the EULA, can be accessed from Opera menu - About Opera. Opera Installer also requires you to accept them, although most users carelessly skip through this part.</p>
<p dir="auto">Allow me to point out that properly documenting this phone home functionality, regardless of its purpose, is not a courtesy. Even if Opera is not concerned about the bad press this could generate, failing to do so is a lawsuit waiting to happen.</p>
