I'm not sure if I understand you correctly. But similarly it happens to me on live.com inbox. I open unread email, it opens. And after while it goes back to list of emails, and then it returns itself to that opened email. Weird, isn't it?

Doesn't seem to be related to the problem discussed on this topic.

I'm having this issue with all chromium browsers, if it isn't chromium then it's my machine 😃

Maybe I'm overreacting but It just doesn't feel as smooth as it was on old Opera or Firefox.

It is disabled. I guess it's just the way Chromium is which sucks

It doesn't work that way here. It used to happen when i had tab hibernation enabled.

Hmm, and what about "Delay loading of background tabs"? I guess it may cause tyhis behavior too.
