<![CDATA[Please help urgently!]]>Hey, please can someone help me, I've emailed Opera and they responded with an email saying this is the only place I can get help but I've searched every inch of every topic and nothing helps at all, I need to speak to someone about my app and it suddenly using a massive amount of data. What do I do for support like this?

Maybe your mobile data provider?

Why should my mobile data provider refund me what my opera app used?

Because they are the only ones that can give back your data quota and/or cancell the charge.

If you are posting here thinking that Opera will refund you, then i'm afraid you are just wasting your and others time.

The data has already been deducted from my account and my services provider says the app used the data, so if I reinstall it won't make a difference. I have no clue how to check for malware

It may be a bad installation, so removing and reinstalling it may help.

I also find that Opera accumulates a large and ever growing quantity of data which eats up valuable memory space. The only solution I have found is to clear the data periodically in app settings. But this has one dawback in that clearing this multi-MB data also wipes all your speed dial entries which is a real pain.

An answer by an expert to solve this problem would be most appreciated.
