MY PC IS i5 2320 , 8gb , amd r9 270 2gb . win 7 x64 my problem is have a stuttering in all videos html5 or flash , in other browsers like ie or firefox ni have this problem i try disable hw acceleration , i have the same problem in my other pc(c2d e7200 ,4gb, 8600gt ) , any idea to fix this problem?
