However Opera cannot handle the Video Offers of Spiegel online and other Online Newspapers such as www.faz.de.So I am forced to switch back to Mozilla again which is a lot slower but it can handle everything so far.
Since I am not a Computer expert, I need a solid information how to handle the problem on a simple way.. Thank you

I've been on holiday. The missing download button in the beta was a bug plain and simple. Fixed for 29 final.

no luck..

Before, when i played any video I could see 'arrow' for download it but i had change to original Opera as there is download arrow on it vwhen play video.
