<p dir="auto">I want to change the behavior of Opera that when you write something into eg a search box, hitting Enter submits the question.</p>
<p dir="auto">Now it doesn't work or you have to press Enter multiple times.</p>
<p dir="auto">is there a way to do it?</p>

<p dir="auto">In Opera 12, Enter did just like I described, single fields it worked like Submit, multiple line fields it just did a NL.</p>
<p dir="auto">That's how I expect Enter to work.</p>
<p dir="auto">I use extensions, but, I believe it has noghing to do  with it as, the beavior is the same when I disabled them.</p>
<p dir="auto">BTW Chrome has the same bug.</p>

On a multi-line form like this one, Enter should go to the next line. On a form with several fields ... do you really want it to submit if you left the password blank? So in reality, the page should control what Enter does.</p>

Enter is a key function for things like text boxes. Without enter you wouldn't be able to put line breaks in your text. Thats kind of an important thing.</p>
