<![CDATA[Opera Sync shows 117 bookmarks, but all my bookmarks are missing after reinstalling Windows]]>I completely formatted my computer and reinstalled Opera GX. My Opera Sync account still shows 117 encrypted bookmarks.

I entered my synchronization passphrase, and the browser now shows "Passphrase Required: false", "Transport State: Active", and "User Actionable Error: None".

The Sync Internals page shows 147 live bookmark entries, but all my bookmark folders appear empty in both Opera GX and regular Opera.

Is there a way to recover or restore the bookmark URLs stored in Opera Sync without resetting or deleting my synchronization data?
