On a normal day I have property portals, email, tenancy documents, maps, and photo uploads all open at the same time, and the tabs get messy very quickly.

I have started using Opera Workspaces to try to separate things, for example one workspace for property portals, one for email and documents, and one for general browsing, so I am not hunting through fifty tabs when I am trying to find one tenancy file.

I am curious how other people actually set this up in practice:

Do you keep workspaces strictly separated by task, or do you just use them as a second set of tabs?
Do pinned tabs stay where you expect them when you switch workspaces, or do they move around?
Does sync keep your workspaces the same on your office PC and on a laptop or phone when you are out at a property visit?
And is there a trick to quickly moving a tab to the right workspace without dragging it through a long list?
I like the idea, but right now my setup feels half-finished, and I would rather copy a system that already works for someone else than keep rearranging tabs all day.
