using mouse when configuring shortcuts

This question relates to opera beta and/or opera developer. When configuring shortcuts can the mouse be used as an option for a shortcut?
For example I notice that in Opera Developer there is some new functionality with cycling through tabs. Could you set up the shortcuts to use "right click + mouse wheel" to cycle through the list of open tabs? If not could you use "right click + mouse wheel" to zoom in and out? If so then how?
I notice that the shortcuts for zoom in beta and developer are described somewhat differently as well.

Thanks, good to know.
I was guessing that OemPlus was a weird way of describing the mouse wheel. I now know that OEM = Original Equipment Manufacturer and in this case OemPlus is used to differentiate the "+" key that is at the top of most keyboards and not the one on the number keypad.
In Beta and Developer the shortcuts used for zoom are the same, but they are described differently.
