this is my first post so bare with me if i dont make any sense here, since the last couple of updates i have this issue were when i move my mouse cursor it glitch's like a huge frame drop not only when im gaming it also happen when im browsing, this issue only appeared in the update before the last one "ver 136.0.6008.80" and just out of curiosity i tested it when Opera opened and closed the issue appear's only when Opera is running.
running on Ver 136.0.6008.80 win11 Ver 25H2 OsBuild 26200.9550
