Usually if you set <strong>Retain tabs from previous session</strong> they should show up. I had this set since the first time using Opera and never had any issues.</p>
<p dir="auto">You can also save them as a <strong>Speed Dial</strong> folder every now and then, for safety. If nothing works, it's always a good idea to have a system backup.</p>
<p dir="auto">If the browser opened without any tabs/pages, than I don't think you can recover from that.</p>
