<![CDATA[Opera becomes slow after being open for several hour]]>I’ve been having an issue where Opera gradually becomes slower the longer I leave it open. At first everything works normally, but after a few hours new pages take longer to load and scrolling sometimes becomes noticeably laggy. Switching between tabs can also take a moment.

Restarting Opera fixes the problem temporarily, but it eventually comes back. I usually have several tabs open, although nothing particularly unusual.

I’m using Windows 11 and the latest version of Opera. I’ve already tried restarting the browser and disabling a few extensions, but that hasn’t made much difference.

Has anyone else noticed this? Is there a setting or diagnostic page in Opera that I can check to see what is causing the slowdown?
