<![CDATA[VPN PRO Service failed to start.]]>Dear readers, I just pruchased VPN PRO but it is failing to install:

I launched Opera as an administrator but same issue still, I have the latest .NET running. My WIndows is up to date:

Edition Windows 11 Home
Version 25H2
Installed on ‎13/‎05/‎2026
OS build 26200.9445
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.26100.360.0

Any idea what it could be?
