@markjosi Gracias por la respuesta, pero lamentablemente añadir una exclusión no solucionó el problema.
Sigue comportándose igual y sigo recibiendo los mismos mensajes de error.

I have noticed similar behavior on the desktop version. Since allowing insecure content did not help, the 403 response may be caused by the thumbnail server rejecting the request rather than Opera simply blocking mixed content.

It might be worth testing My Flow in a private window with extensions, ad blockers, and VPN disabled. Clearing the site data for web.flow.opera.com and reconnecting My Flow could also help. However, the handleGXPrefChange is not defined error suggests that this may ultimately require a fix from Opera.

The mobile app is likely ignoring this, but PC browsers automatically block mixed content for security.

Since the image URL originates from the sender side, you can fix it on PC by going to Opera Settings > Privacy & security > Site Settings > Additional content settings > Insecure content, and adding https://web.flow.opera.com to the "Allowed to show insecure content" list. Reload My Flow, and the previews should render immediately.

The 403 thumbnail request is probably why previews aren’t loading, especially since they work fine on your phone.
