<![CDATA[Bug report?]]>Don't want this to get lost on the old forum........

Opera 21.0.1419.0. Running on Windows 8.1 64-bit. 34 tabs open currently.

When starting up, Opera nails all four processor cores at 100% for 21 seconds. During that time I can switch to different tabs by clicking with the mouse, but all are just empty space. The little animated "loading" circles on each tab do NOT move. In effect, Opera seems to be frozen for 21 seconds.

After that period, the "loading" circles start spinning, the pages load, and the CPU loading falls away to nothing.

I think this might be new with version 21. Anyone else spotted this?
