I'd like to open websites on my phone for future viewing and then go to my desktop view/read it and close it and it is closed on all devices including my phone where I originally viewed it.

I know I can "sync" devices, but that only means you can see what is open on other devices that open them again on the other device. But if you view and close that website it doesn't sync back to the device that you view it from originally.
