1.) if i gonna update my opera for android browser to the newest version - what is going to happen with all the bookmarks i safed in my actual opera version ? (19.0.1340.69721)

2.) any chance to "s a f e" all my current and future bookmarks in my opera.com acount? will be thankful for suggestions on any alternative where to safe them - just the idea of loosing my smartphone with all these nonsaved bookmarks scares me- ! since this is the only device i use ! ...

Other browsers can reach the bookmarks/speedials too at link.opera.com but Opera 19 doesn't have any sync capabilities therefore must be replaced with latest Opera 28 and use Opera Sync via Google's cloud which is different from Opera Link. Install alongside Opera Mini 7 as for Opera Link and Opera 28 beta with Opera Sync and find a way to sync your bookmarks as you wish.

if i would loose my smartphone could i log in my opera acount i.e. in a pc in an internetcafe and would find all my bookmarks in my opera acount?
(please remember : my smartphone is my only device)

Installation over v24 up to latest v28 keeps the bookmarks for sure.
