<![CDATA[Tab Grouping by dragging a tab over another]]>A user should be able to drag a tab over another to create a Tab Group.

Once the Tab Group is created a user should be able to give it a label or choose an icon to represent it. Possibly assign the group a color.

Additional tabs may be dragged over the group to add them to group.

Removing a Tab from a Tab Group should just require dragging a tab within the group outside of the group.

Clicking on the Group should Maximize/Minimize the Tab Group.

The Tab Group should have options to expand horizontally in the Tab Bar or Vertically as a List similar to a Bookmark Folder.
