Next to Opera button there should be button for base speed dial page. That page will look like just as page of this forum. On top side, buttons for speed dial groups and at the centre panel for displaying. Spaces on left and right of panel are for custom buttons for: AI, search engines, email, WhatsApp, Guogle translate page etc. Essentially anything what is temporary and do not require new tap page can be in that base page panel.
