<p dir="auto">So Every time I open the browser - even just a single tab, the fan starts up (quite loudly). Then, this happens for any additional tabs opened.</p>

Opera Ad Block &amp; Ublock Origin</p>
<p dir="auto">Is there a way to fix this? If not, is there a way to roll back to an earlier version?</p>
