Otherwise the site can still partially forget your session after restart. 😘

But if you are using the Clear data on exit option in the Delete browsing data option, it may not work?

In Opera there’s an option to keep cookies for specific sites even when everything else gets cleared on exit. Go to: Settings -> Privacy & Security > Cookies and other site data.
Then add the sites you want under something like:
“Sites that can always use cookies”

The Add button in the Allowed to save data on your device section, allows you to create a list of urls that are protected from the Delete data sites have saved to your device when you close all windows option.
