<![CDATA[Lost access to 2FA app and backup codes]]>After formatting my PC, I lost access to both my 2FA authenticator app and my backup codes, which I had forgotten to save beforehand. As a result, I am completely locked out of my account.

I understand the security policy requires either the authenticator code or backup codes to log in. However, I am asking if there is any manual recovery process available — such as identity verification or an account reset — that could restore my access.

I am willing to provide any additional information needed to prove ownership of this account.
