I also run Brave which is updated and the system runs fine.

I don't know how it looks in Neon but you can try the new upcoming redesigned popup by enabling the #search-tooltip-v2 flag.
Personally, I don't like it because it's more complicated in use.

They were aware about multiple issues (including crash, the white line at the tile's bottom not a big problem actually) a week ago in developer version. But didn't bother fixing it even partially during the week and released the Stable with all the known issues directly from developer.

Many other bugs mentioned previously stay unfixed for months or years and extra bugs are collected by Stable version, like a snowball!

After deprecating Beta channel bugs go directly to stable.

In the simple settings menu, the blue line only appears when I move the mouse there, otherwise it doesn't. It should always be there.
