And it is not new to me, i have it since i started to use Opera Android. Anyone else too?
Thats why i would re-open this thread. Maybe someone can find the solution finally... or maybe Opera could start to investigate the issue and fix it.

The fact that it's "only in Opera" is the signal that, if other browsers don't have this issue, it's fixable. It needs attention. The browser freezes, and you can't click on the browser back button, nor Allow/Deny.

I did, however, find a workaround!
If I click on the device go-back buttton (not the browser button), then I can continue with the page I am trying to get to.

The permission popup just freezes and you can’t tap “allow” or “deny,” which basically blocks you from using certain features entirely. I also checked that thread and it seems like many people have been facing this for years without a clear fix. It really feels like something deeper in Opera Android needs attention—hopefully if more of us keep reporting it, they’ll finally prioritize investigating and patching it properly...

Nevermind, one workaround is to split the screen while Opera popup is not clickable with another app, so you have Opera and another app dislpayed . Then the Opera popup is responsable and you can click allow or deny.

Apologies for the issue persisting for a long time. This happens for security reasons. When another app overlays on top of Opera (such as Messenger chat bubbles), we block clicks on dialogs to prevent any intrusion.

To interact with any dialog, you first need to close the overlaying app. This could be chat heads, screen recording apps, or any other app that displays content over Opera.
