I also tested with https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/website-ip/dmgahoocbgdiidmbmihphakakdddgoof and have no issues.

It's there for OneTab at least. Is it there for OneTab for you too? If not, try removing the extension and adding it back in.

Or, test the extension in a test standalone installation?

If "Automatically allow access on the following sites" is enabled for it, enable it and make sure it stays on after a restart of Opera. Also, enable "Allow access to search page results" so it can have access to search engine result ages and sites you goto from search engine result pages.

If that does the trick, try with the other extensions.

If needed, you can remove the problem extensions and install them again.
