I think since the last update there is a feature that gives me suggestions while I type an URL in the adressbar. These suggestions include entries from my bookmarks.I find that really annoying and on the other hand I don't want everybody who just checks a website on my computer to see a few of my bookmarks, just because he types an URL.

Is there away to deactivate this feature?

A few new opera versions have been published. Does anyone one if there is a option to disable suggestions from my bookmarks, when type something into the addressbar?

I saw that with firefox it is possible to deactivate this in their standard proerities menu. But I do not want to use firefox, I like opera but I hate how they remove option after option even in their deep down "hidden" configurations.

Does anyone know an alternative to deactivate this? I really finde this very annoying and do not understand why opera deletes the option to deactivate it.

I actually do not really unerstand, what you mean and why I would benefit from installing Things in /user/AppData?

It's not about installing it there but about using a account to login into your OS so that someone using your computer wil be using another account and won't be able to see your data while using a program.

Why not install the browser under your system account then? Allow for the password, and create one. Then, signed in under it, you could install programs into no-common folders - like /user/AppData or something.

I'm using Opera since 2003, but this small problem would ruin it for me It's mostly a privacy issue.

It earlier times there was a way to work it out via the opera:config, but there doesn't seem to be something like that in the new opera, right?
