That was that the culprit!

I agreed. On gemini.google.com, the location is based on your IP if you are using it without an account and the location is Netherlands.

When I browse through Opera on Android (version 95.0.4982.87204) and go to a "What's My IP?' site I receive a Netherlands located IP. On the same phone, using a different browser, I get an Israeli located IP, as would be expected, based on my true location.
No VPN activated.
