If you live in China use Oupeng 10, it's special tailored for your taste and it may have something extra.

You have to choose every time you do a search.

Yes and this is really annoying. I personally would like to change the english Wikipedia to the german one. But there is no way. 😞

You have to choose every time you do a search.
