They all work except for one! It never fills when I try to access webmail in one account but it does with another account. Is there a setting that I have missed?</p>

If you right-click on the password field and choose "inspect element", you'll see that the site has autocomplete="off" set for the password field, which tells Opera not to save and fill it.</p>
<p dir="auto">The site also has cert issues as in not secure, which might also affect saving and filling.</p>

<p dir="auto">There also is a section in password manager settings that lists any declined sites and apps, have a look there as well.<br />
I had a similar issue to you with a webpage and I believe I accidently must have clicked the wrong button when I entered the credentials to the webpage and found the webpage url listed in the declined area.</p>
