It has been literal years and Opera still keeps opening into a shrinked window in middle of desktop which I need to manually maximize on every start. Like, come the hell on, this is ridiculous. Why can all other browsers work fine in Fedora KDE except Opera?

Because of no menu at the edge of the window title its not possible to set some "Special Application Settings ....", like position and size.

I hate this fact too.

It always start like you described , shrinked window in the middle of the screen.

Really nonsense when other browsers Chromium-based naturally memorize the last window size and position.
