It interrupts the user experience and no one I know actually reads it: it's too basic for developers and too specific and involved for non-developers.</p>
<p dir="auto">Effectively, it has no target audience. The developer tools have the option to turn off "what's new" in them, so why can't we have it for the browser itself?!</p>
