At some point or another, I must have turned off the sync everything setting in Opera gx (very dumb I know), and I totally forgot to check that I had it enabled before reinstalling windows. After reinstalling Opera and re-signing in, I now have none of my bookmarks, data, etc. Does anyone know if there is a way to get any of that stuff back or is it just gone forever?

But honestly saying, if sync was turned off before you reinstalled Windows, Opera wouldn’t have saved any of your data to the cloud. That means once the local files were wiped during the reinstall, your bookmarks and settings are most likely gone.
