<![CDATA[Popup Message "The dialog is partitially covered by other app..."]]>Since a long time and many Opera versions I get this popup message. In German "der dialog wird teilweise von einer anderen app verdeckt".

Obviosly it has to do with the permissions, but i am not able to clock on allow/deny button.
In the Android Settings Opera is allowec to use caera and micro (in my case), but tje site keeps asking. In the Opera settings for the access to cam and micro it is set to "always ask" but then there is no button to add sites there.

Is this normal?

Anyone with this issue? And ideas for solution what causes the overlay?
