Safari, though for me, is still the memory hog it's always been and with a 2014 Mac Mini with Apple's forced RAM (non user upgradeable) I find myself relying on Firefox for less RAM usage and much more control than either Safari and Opera.
Apparently, with the near demise of Opera they've gotten help and it's come in the forms of less control for desktop users and less control over privacy. Choose your poison, like politicians.

So of the time being I am staying with Safari.

I see we no longer have Fast Forward or Fast Backward either.
At least they left the Mouse Rocker ability since I use that often. Better than Mouse Gestures for me.
Thanks for the info avl. A lot has changed from versions of 12 that I still use on older machines.

You can select them all in the bookmark manager (Bookmarks -> Show All Bookmarks), and then drag them all at once to the Bookmark Bar.

Is there no 'Sharing' button with functions like sending mail, sent to reading list, add to bookmarks in bar, a.s.o.?

If you click the 'heart' button (top right) you can add the current site to any bookmark folder, including the bookmark bar. Opera doesn't have a function to share just one web address (you're expected to just copy it), but you can share any group of bookmarks by finding them via Bookmarks -> Show All Bookmarks and then clicking 'Share Folder'.
