I think it is important for users to be able to delete SPECIFIC cookies from their browser. I don't want to sign in every single time I need to delete cookies because a website wants to keep me signed in to a specific account rather than allow me to log out and log back in to a different account. I should not have to be forced to delete every single cookie from my computer, I don't want to delete every single cookie from my computer and there is usually no reason to do this unless you are having lots of trouble. This shouldn't be something that needs to be implemented in at a later date, this should have been implemented in the beginning.

If I could actually find where the cookies are located and delete them manually from file explorer, I would as well, but unfortunately that is not able to be easily found, so I am asking the Opera GX team implements the ability to manually delete specific cookies, rather than every single cookie on your device.

You'd need to go through Settings ... of course Dev Tools will let you edit cookies, or there are probably extensions for this.
