<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><rss xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" xmlns:content="http://purl.org/rss/1.0/modules/content/" xmlns:atom="http://www.w3.org/2005/Atom" version="2.0"><channel><title><![CDATA[Transparent browser pages option!]]></title><description><![CDATA[<p dir="auto">Often I watch weather on satellite, and want to know "which Island is that?", etc., as a cyclone approaches.</p>
<p dir="auto">So is it possible (for other uses too no doubt), to have the option to make a browser age "TRANSPARENT", so it can be moved on top of other browser pages, or drawing software pages to say, compare, or to copy or such, by seeing through one page to the image beneath?</p>
<p dir="auto">Of course, this idea could-perhaps-SHOULD, be made applicable to things like drawing programs too, so they could be laid over top of webpages, etc, and one could draw, compare or whatever from the image held below on the webpage underneath.</p>
<p dir="auto">Crazy idea?  They are often later called "Progressive ideas!"  or "Forward thinking ideas!", or "ahead of his/her/it's time" ideas!</p>
<p dir="auto">But hey, I'm cool with "crazy"!</p>
