I signed up for the free trial of Opera VPN Pro last week and forgot to cancel the subscription so the money has gone out of my account this morning. I have already put in a request for a refund but I am just worried that I won't be refunded at all or that my request has not gone through properly as I have not had any email confirmation of my request. Is anyone able to offer some advice on what to do here?
