I logged back in, and all of my tabs, bookmarks, saved passwords, everything was gone. Is there a way to get it all back or am I just screwed?</p>

If you were signed into your Opera account before it wiped, a lot of stuff (like bookmarks and passwords) should still be synced to the cloud. Try logging back in and going to opera://settings/syncSetup to check what’s enabled.</p>
<p dir="auto">For open tabs, unfortunately those don’t always come back unless you had “sync open tabs” turned on. Sometimes you can still recover them from your history (opera://history).</p>
<p dir="auto">If sync wasn’t turned on at all, then yeah, it’s harder — you’d basically be starting fresh. But if it was, most of your data should come back once you toggle sync back on.</p>
<p dir="auto">Did you have sync enabled before this happened?</p>
