When I attempt to use the free version of the Opera VPN included in Opera for Android I can never get a connection to any site I attempt to visit. Is this due to limitations set by my phone service provider or what? I believe this because I've attempted to get on the dark web and use other VPNs and change my DNS services to no avail at all when using my current provider.
Do providers put limitations on users attempts to use various security protocols?
