I'm running Ventura (13). The whole of this thread is basically all of the steps that were taken to resolve this - but I did eventually get an email from Opera support admitting that there has been an issue at their end, so my settings - and actions weren't at fault.<br />
Probably best to submit a support ticket with them to send them your settings and let them ascertain where the fault lies and let them know this is a wider issue. All the best</p>

'No VPN Credentials Available' on the VPN Pro App on the latest Mac OS software. The connect button in the VPN Pro app is not available to click either. It says Sync the account but it is already synced. Tried everything from logging out, deleting the browser and the VPN Pro app etc. but nothing works. Do we know why this is happening or has anyone been able to resolve the issue? I submitted a ticket but no one seems to be getting any real help other than being told to wait.</p>

Running Ventura now (was Monterey, but Monterey worked fine).<br />
Error message highlights a password issue, and I am unable to fully reinstall VPN Pro. Message that has frequently come up is: <strong>No VPN credentials available. Please login to Opera Sync</strong></p>
<p dir="auto">They have already asked me to go to this Opera URL:<br />
<strong>opera://opera-diagnostics</strong><br />
and click 'update' in the first column. Not sure if this does anything positive...</p>
<p dir="auto">Am currently dealing with Opera tech support Norway to see if there's something further they can assist with. I can always update this if I have further info.</p>
