<![CDATA[synchronization]]>I just opened Opera and noticed a new button called synchronization, did I accidentally enable something or is this something else that Opera is jamming down my throat? In other words I do I get rid of it?

You'll find it in the Windows Scheduled Tasks. Also don't use the About Opera page as that manually checks for updates.

Man, and to think about the number of people that cried and cried for this feature. You just can't win around here.
