Yes, it's possible VPN is not supported in your country, as @leocg mentioned.

I looked at guides on how to connect via settings, but there's simply no VPN section where it should be. By the way, in the basic Opera, I found this section and VPN is enabled there, but in Opera Air, it's missing in the same place in the settings. Could this be related to the country of residence or the browser version?

Regarding pricing, the more you pay in advance the bigger discount you get.
