<![CDATA[[Duplicated]Opera GX installer stuck on Downloading...]]>Got a new PC, just downloaded Opera GX.

Installing as Administrator on my account as Administrator and it just keeps doing that, left it for sometime and still nothing. Any ideas?

I know sometimes Microsoft will block competing browsers.
