How do I restore this session? Its a file from the opera session storage folder labeled 012700.ldb. Can I do anything with it?

I kind of need some of these passwords for school and work. No other forum has been helpful and individual support doesn't seem to exist. I just closed opera and when it opened again everything was gone except for my tab groups.

I realize I could have done taken precautions about my session data, but I guess I just assumed opera would be a bit more carful with my passwords. This does not give me a lot of confidence in continued use of this browser.

I tried to restore that anyway but it just sent me back a few minutes. Like I said, previous forums have not helped. Are passwords saved in the session folder?
