Off-Road mode in Opera Beta has been using the Turbo technology for quite some time now. As usual what's in the beta channel are features we plan to roll out to final, but we never comment on when that will happen.</p>

<p dir="auto">No, it's Opera Mini with default capabilities (sort of Opera Mini in debug mode), opera28  beta has another flavor (Skyfire/Max alike).</p>
