I tried VPN Pro and didn't like it. So I want to revert to Free. But Opera doesn't provide me with any obvious option to do that. The best advice I found was to do it from a section called
'Manage your subscriptions' but there is no such section and the subscription manager with the VPN doesn't allow it either.
How do I do this? I have tried re-installing. That didn't work!

I don't think it's common for people to actively want to remove the presence of any paid features, so I guess they didn't consider it important or have the option hidden away somewhere.

But when I went through that I only got an option of resubscribing (although it correctly says I have subscribed for a year, I cancelled the payment method) but no option to get rid of it altogether. The VPN Plus wouldn't load anyway, just kept reporting that something was missing.
