Opera web browser air, gx same.
I entered the command cmdsfc/scannow, DISM/Online/Cleanup-Image/RestoreHealth, chkdsk, and the same error occurred.

Only Windows base vaccine is installed, do I need to turn off real time protection, delete it, and reinstall it?

Bitdefender, Kaspersky and Eset for example. You might have to temporarily uninstall them to and not just disable them to test if they're interfering with Opera. You might want to reinstall Opera after uninstalling them too.
