<![CDATA[Startup page options don't work.]]>The options for the startup page no longer work, i.e. the startup page always starts with a fresh page and doesn't allow starting with tabs from a previous session or opening with a specific page or set of pages.

I'm a little puzzled why the same problem occurred on two different laptops at the same time, but are now working as desired. Thanks very much for the assistance.

If so, disable it and check what happens.

This is on my Win 11 laptop or on my Win 10 laptop, but with the Win 10 laptop there is the additional oddity that the last tab open, whatever it is, can be closed and the whole browser closes. On the Win 11 laptop, closing the last tab will leave the speed dial tab open and not close the browser.
